Network error (dns_server_failure)?

hello,

i am getting this error when opening ONE specific site only .. (everything else is opening normally) :-

Network Error (dns_server_failure)

Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.

The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

I called my friends to open the site and its working for them, however, that site is the ONLY ONE that is not opening for me.

Network error (dns_server_failure)?
Well are your friends using the same connection ISP? DNS errors can be caused by an ISP with a non updated DNS server. They can be caused by your local router, or your local computer.

There is a few trouble shooting things you can do to see where it is failing.

First go to a command line Start--Run-- Command when the black screen appears type

ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

that will clear all dns entries from your local machine (dont worry it needs clearing sometimes)

Then type ping whateverdomain.com and see if you get an error or get a response. If you get an error call your ISP and have them check the DNS server entries.
Reply:Either your DNS Server Address is wrong, or you need to switch it.

2. Your IP address needs to be resetted to static, or domain.
Reply:Could be a firewall or spyware blocker preventing you from opening this site. If so I would just stay away from that site.
