Hi, i have a fujitsu siemens desktop pc and when i go into network connections folder there is nothing in there, it was fine yesterday the router, firewire and network card was showing in there but theres nothing in there today, i tried looking to see if the network card was disabled in the BIOS but it said it was enabled, and theres nothing in device manager either, i've also tried system restore that doesnt help either, can anyone help me.

Are u using xp or vista? if xp try to look for the connection setting, right click then choose STATUS, from there u can see how much is sent and how much is received, if it says low connectivity, then u need to check ur router or reset it again or obtain an IP address manually.
