in my organization my computer is connceted via networking while in my system printer is not showing so how can i install network printer in my computer printer in on ground floor and my system is on the 2nd floor while it is on network???

If the printer is open to network connections you may be able to run the add printer wizard. If it is a genuine network connected printer there is a routine for connecting it as a local printer, for which you need it's IP address, or alternatively it may require you to run an install package before your machine can detect it.
Either way you need to speak to your network admin.
