HOW to CREATE a NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
You have most of your answer in your own question. Let me see,you have to go into your Control panel to set up a network connection, go to new connections and follow the wizard. Next, go into your Network set-up wizard and follow that.
You can monitor the system by opening Computer Management (local users and groups)to find out how much connection there is within the computers and how much access your willing to grant other computers in your network.
I'm not sure if I've answered your question.....I hope so,though
Good luck
Reply:In order for you to get a meaningful answer you need to supply much more detail. i.e.
Is it peer 2 peer or client/server
Is it Novel
Banyan
Sun Solaris or Microsoft
Is your network architecuture t ring or ethernet etc etc
