Network an office Laptop on domain, with a regular home network.?

I have a lenovo thinkpad running XP PRO (wireless), that log's into a domain for work. I have a home network of 1 desktop XP (wired) and another laptop Vista home premium (wireless) that uses a netgear router. I want to make the thinkpad see network printers, folders, etc. but can not make it join the workgroup that the others use. I've tried it before, and it makes it so i cannot log in, and i get in trouble at work. Please Help.

why do you get into trouble at work? After trying to change the workgroup name or something?





I haven't tried setting up my work laptop to my home network in a way to see network printers etc, only really for the net but i assume if you run through Microsoft Network Sharing, then it would do the trick
