Facebook Network question!?

When I joined Facebook it asked me to choose a high school, because it said since i am not 18 quite yet (ill be in a month) i couldnt choose not to be in a network. My high school was not listed so I chose a friend's high school until my high school got listed (i sent a request). Problem is, I didnt know i would only have 2 months to confirm the network or my account would be disabled, and now I cant cancel the request of confirmation for my friend's high school network. My question is: is there anyway to cancel this request? How long does it take for a new network to get listed?

I'm homeschooled and didn't know that you had to have a school to sign up. So I chose the first school that came to mind (my fav actors school)


2 months later that box came up


3 months later my account was disabled





You'll have to sign up again and say you're over 18

i had the exact same problem with my first account.





i suggest you just close down your account and make a new one. if you can't find your high school on the networks list, you can always join your city/towns network.





For example, i joined my city' Toronto, Ontario's network.
