Playstation 3 network problem!!!!?

hi, i just got my ps3 and GT5 bundle.



the first thing i wanted to do was use the internet and play online, but i needed to download the latest update.

im using a wireless network which is pretty slow...60 kb/s.....-_-............

okay, thank you, now, my network's sig is about 60-70 percent but everytime i go to update the Grand turismo 5 game to play online, it gets about a 1/3 of the way there and it just says "an error occoured"



obviously my connection sig. was lost.

now i am using a like 30 metre long ethernet cable... and my internet works, but the playstation 3 network never works! or it works for about 5-20 mins and says "an error occoued, you have been signed out of the ps3network"

no matter wireless or wired.



neither work. is someone else having this problem? there was a news letetr saying ps3 network was hacked or something.



but also my network might be hacked because our downloads are being eaten by someone but i havnt been using it D:

Yeh i think there is a problem with sony at the moment its not your connection its them

Reply:it could be your modem that weas my problem.


The light the says Link kept blinking.


When the cable guy came and changed the modem, my router, Desktop, Laptop, PSP,and my PS3 worked fine!
