Help with XBOX wireless network adapter?

I connect my adapter to the XBOX and the light goes red. I then turn on the XBOX and then I go to the system blade, then network settings, then edit settings. Under the basic settings tab at the bottom there are 4 things set apart from the rest.





Wireless Mode - Non Set


Network Name (SSID) - Non Set


Network Type - Non Set


Wireless Secuirity - Non Set





Those options are all grey and unclickable.





When I go on test XBOX live connection it says:





Network Adapter - Disconnected





Does anyone know what it wrong and can help me?

1. is your adapter made for xbox? is it the 360 adapter, if you have a 360.





2. if it is then you usb port might be broken and need repair.





3. if its the wrong adapter for the xbox. then its not compatible and the xbox doesnt have the correct drivers to support it.
